The following is the process that shall be followed, until further notice, in the Mentoring Programme.

I will contact all 'Newest Arrivals' to the West Indies BT with a Welcome Mail. The Mail will consist of:

Welcome to Battrick and thank you for making the decision to join the West Indies. While we are confident you will enjoy BT, we know it can be daunting at first. Therefore if you would like help or advice from experienced members of our tight-knit community please reply to this mail or visit the WI sledging board. Otherwise, thanks and good luck!

If the new team should wish assistance then we will contact a mentor with the name of the team that they have been assigned.

The mentor will then contact this team with an introductory follow up mail. Currently this mail is left up to each individual mentor, but this is something that may be looked at. (If you have any ideas please let us know)
